1. General Information
The Naturonica website provides product information and a request form for communicating with the customer. This statement concerns the accessibility of this website as an electronic service.
2. Legal Basis
This statement has been prepared taking into account Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act), which applies to e-commerce services from June 28, 2025, and the national legislation of Bulgaria transposing this directive into effect.
We do not claim an exemption for microenterprises under this directive. Such an exemption requires documented metrics (annual average headcount, turnover, or balance sheet total for two financial years), which we do not have or declare at the time of publication.
3. Compliance Status
We have not conducted a formal accessibility audit of the website for compliance with the EN 301 549 standard or the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Therefore, we do not claim full or partial compliance with these standards. Listed below are only the measures that have actually been implemented and the limitations known to us.
4. Measures Already Implemented
- The pages are built using semantic HTML markup (headings, lists, links, forms via appropriate tags).
- The page language is specified in the
langattribute of the HTML document for the proper functioning of screen readers and translation tools. - Main interactive elements (links, buttons, request form fields) are accessible for keyboard navigation without the use of a mouse.
- Links and control elements are provided with text or a text alternative reflecting their meaning and purpose, rather than visual styling alone.
- The user can switch the interface language of the website.
5. Known Limitations
We do not guarantee that all page elements (including product images, auxiliary widgets, and future features) fully comply with accessibility requirements. Certain components may not be accessible to specific assistive technologies. We are working on gradually eliminating such barriers as they are identified.
6. How to Report an Accessibility Barrier
If you encounter a website element that is inaccessible to you due to a disability or perceptual limitation, please report it to feed@naturonica.com or via the link feed@naturonica.com. Please specify the page, device, and assistive technology (if used), as well as a description of the issue — this will help to resolve it more quickly.
7. Handling of Submissions and Timeframes
We review reports of accessibility barriers within a reasonable timeframe and respond to the email address you provide. The response may include an explanation of the issue, estimated timelines for correction, or an alternative way to obtain the required information or service (for example, by phone after submitting a callback request).
8. Applicable Law and Supervision
The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies to the website and the operator's activities, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence if it is within the EU. Accessibility requirements for e-commerce services are supervised by the authorized authorities of Bulgaria within the framework of the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882.
9. Date of Preparation and Review of the Statement
This statement was prepared on August 24, 2026. We review and update it upon significant changes to the website or upon the identification of new accessibility barriers.
