1. Website Operator and General Terms

The Naturonica website is owned and operated by КХАРИСМА ЕООД (Lat. QHARISMA Ltd.), Republic of Bulgaria. The full details of the operator — address, UIC, VAT number — are published in the Legal Notice section.

The website is not an online store and does not accept payment. Prices displayed on the showcase include VAT and do not include delivery costs. Displaying a price on a product page does not constitute the conclusion of a contract at that moment and does not fix the price of a future contract. Final terms — availability, price, delivery — are agreed upon later and confirmed in writing before the contract is deemed concluded.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit forms or use the materials on the website.

2. How to Use the Website

You may browse pages, read product descriptions, and submit inquiries through the provided forms. Please provide accurate contact details so that we can respond.

It is prohibited to use the website to:

  • violate the law or the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or other people's data;
  • send spam, malicious code, or automatically load the service beyond normal browsing;
  • copy website materials for commercial purposes without permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

We may restrict access if usage creates a risk to the website, other visitors, or our legitimate interests.

3. A Request Is Not an Order

Submitting a form on the website:

  • is not a purchase;
  • does not create a contract automatically;
  • does not confirm product availability;
  • does not fix the price;
  • does not guarantee delivery to the selected country.

After you submit a request, the call center contacts you at the provided telephone number. During the conversation, the operator clarifies your request and agrees on the terms of a possible order: product availability, price, method, and delivery times. The agreed terms are sent to your email before you accept the offer and the contract is deemed concluded.

4. Product Information

We strive to keep product descriptions accurate and clear. Composition, packaging appearance, and availability may change. Always check the labeling on the actual packaging before use.

If the information on the website and on the packaging differs, the product labeling takes precedence, unless otherwise provided by law.

Detailed warnings regarding food supplements and personal care products: in the document Important Product Information.

5. This Is Not Medical Advice

The materials on the website are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. We do not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified specialist.

For questions regarding health, compatibility with medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or chronic diseases, consult a specialist before using any product.

6. Intellectual Property

Texts, graphics, word mark, photographs, design, and other materials of the website are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the copyright holder, except in cases expressly permitted by law, such as quotation within permissible limits.

The website may contain links to third-party resources: social networks, partner materials, or reference pages. We do not control their content, availability, or data processing policies. By following an external link, you leave the Naturonica website.

8. Liability

We strive to ensure that the website operates stably, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Technical interruptions, updates, and malfunctions may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, Naturonica is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the website, or for temporary unavailability of the service.

This provision does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as rights that mandatorily belong to the consumer in the European Union.

9. Consumer Rights in the European Union

While you are only browsing the website or submitting a request, a sales contract has not yet been concluded. If a distance contract is concluded with you later, the following mandatory EU consumer protection rules apply.

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, unless the law provides for an exception (see below). To exercise this right, write to us at feed@naturonica.com and separately feed@naturonica.com, or use the model withdrawal form published in the Sales and Delivery section.

Exception for sealed goods for hygiene reasons. In accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to food supplements and cosmetic products if their protective packaging (seal) has been unsealed after delivery — for reasons of hygiene and health protection. If the seal is not broken, the right of withdrawal is retained on general grounds, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclosure of the purpose of the call. At the beginning of the telephone conversation, the call center operator identifies themselves, the company they represent, and the commercial purpose of the call — in accordance with Art. 8(5) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Written confirmation of the contract. After the contract is concluded, we send a confirmation on a durable medium — to the email specified by you — in accordance with Art. 8(7) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The confirmation includes the terms of the contract, the right of withdrawal, and the model withdrawal form.

Consumers in Italy. For consumers located in Italy, written confirmation of the contract is sent by default in accordance with Art. 51, para. 6 of the Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The consumer is deemed bound by the contract after receiving such written confirmation.

Legal guarantee of conformity of goods. Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. The procedure for submitting a complaint and its review is described in the Complaints and Sales and Delivery sections.

10. Applicable Law

The use of the website and contracts that may be concluded with the operator are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria — the country of establishment of КХАРИСМА ЕООД. This does not deprive a consumer residing in the European Union of the mandatory protection granted to them by the law of the country of their habitual residence if it provides more favorable conditions.

11. Amendments and Contacts

We may update these terms if the website or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with the date of update.

For questions regarding the use of the website, write to feed@naturonica.com and separately feed@naturonica.com. A telephone number is not published on the website: telephone contact occurs after a request for a callback, and permanent written contact is the specified email.
