Food supplements and food products. QHARISMA Ltd. acts as a distance seller (distributor within the meaning of EU food law). The name and address of the food business operator (production/responsible food business operator) responsible for a specific batch of goods are indicated on the labeling of the product itself in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.
Cosmetic products. The name and address of the responsible person within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 are indicated on the packaging or labeling of the specific product.
QHARISMA Ltd. does not claim to be the manufacturer of all goods presented on the website. Unless otherwise indicated on the labeling for a specific SKU, the role of QHARISMA Ltd. is limited to distance selling. Product safety claims, including under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety, should be directed to feed@naturonica.com; we will forward them to the relevant entity indicated on the labeling if it is not us.
